1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, orders, and interactions with MuddPie Designs. By placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Products & Handmade Nature
All items sold by MuddPie Designs are handmade. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically to your requests and vision.
Once a custom order has been started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please review all details carefully before approving your custom order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices may change at any time due to material costs or availability.
5. Order Processing & Turnaround
Processing times vary depending on the item and whether it is custom-made. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delays may occur due to high order volume, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped, MuddPie Designs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Local pickup options, if available, must be arranged in advance.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos provided.
8. Care & Use
Customers are responsible for proper care and use of purchased items. MuddPie Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, weather exposure, or misuse after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, logos, and content created by MuddPie Designs remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Liability
MuddPie Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate requests or inability to fulfill an order.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always apply to purchases.

Return & Refund Policy
MuddPie Designs
At MuddPie Designs, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
The item has a manufacturer defect, or
The item arrives broken or damaged
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Returns
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Normal variations due to the handmade nature of items
Damage caused by improper use, handling, or weather exposure after delivery
Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
Final Sale
All items not meeting the conditions above are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
